PRIVATE PILOT · UPDATED SEPTEMBER 28, 2026
Your information, clearly explained.
Nudge is a loyalty service operated by its founders for a private, free US pilot. Reach us at support@nudgeloyalty.com. Participating businesses run their own loyalty programs and decide which customer details to request.
What we collect and why
Interest forms include the contact and business details you submit so we can respond about the pilot. Business accounts include sign-in details, team access, locations, program settings and support requests. Customer cards contain the name, email or phone number you provide, your program membership, stamps or points, rewards, transactions and promotion preferences. We use this information to operate the program, support you, prevent misuse and keep accurate records.
Your browser stores a card access cookie so you can return to your card. Wallet cards use unique identifiers and access tokens; wallet providers may send device registration information needed for card updates. Security controls use a keyed hash of network addresses to limit repeated requests. Do not share your card or preferences links: they provide access to your card.
Who can access it
The participating business can access customer and transaction information through permitted team roles. Nudge founders access information for operations and support. Hosting, database, email, externally hosted fonts and enabled wallet services process information needed to provide their features. A business may export its program records; information kept separately by that business must also be addressed with it. We do not sell customer information.
Messages and your choices
Optional wallet promotions follow your promotion preference. You can change it from your customer card or wallet preferences link. Service updates about your card are separate. Your phone's wallet settings also control notifications. Location-based wallet reminders use the locations associated with a card; Nudge does not need a continuous location history to offer those reminders.
Request access, correction or deletion
Use “Request deletion” on your customer card or wallet preferences page, or email support. Card requests are scoped to your customer record at that business, including its programs. For another business, submit a separate request. For a business account or a card you can no longer access, contact support and identify the business; do not email passwords, access tokens or identity documents.
Submitting a request does not immediately erase your card or rewards. The founders and business review identity, scope and outstanding rewards before action. Support will coordinate verification and explain the outcome, including information retained and why. Contact support with your request reference for an update. A request reference alone is not proof of identity.
Retention and limitations
We keep information while needed to operate programs, resolve disputes, maintain security and preserve transaction, audit or financial records. We review retention when handling a deletion request. Deleting identifying profile fields does not necessarily make linked transaction records anonymous. Some records may need to remain, and copies in backups or business exports may remain until separately removed or expired. We explain those limits in the request outcome; we do not promise immediate erasure of every copy.
Changes
This page describes the current pilot. We will update it when practices change. Contact support before providing information if you have a question.
