Terms for the Nudge pilot.

Nudge is operated by its founders. These terms describe participation in our private, free US pilot. Questions can be sent to support@nudgeloyalty.com.

Participating businesses

Use Nudge only for a business you are authorized to represent. Keep account and staff access secure, remove access when no longer needed, and enter accurate program details. You are responsible for the rewards you offer, customer communications and the information you collect or export. Obtain any permissions needed to use uploaded branding and customer information.

Customer cards and rewards

The participating business supplies and honors rewards. Check the rules and expiration information displayed with your program. Stamps, points and rewards are program benefits, not money or a bank balance. Ask the business about missing credit, reward availability or corrections. Protect your card and wallet links because possession can provide access.

Free pilot and availability

Pilot access is free. Paid billing is not enabled for this pilot. Any future paid offering will require a separate notice and acceptance before charging. Pilot features may change or be unavailable, and wallet delivery depends on supported devices and providers. The browser customer card remains an available way to participate when a wallet option is not offered.

Fair use and support

Do not create fraudulent transactions, access another person's card or account without permission, send abusive messages, or interfere with the service. We may restrict access to investigate abuse or protect the service. Contact support to discuss a restriction or help leaving the pilot.

Leaving and data requests

Customers can request deletion from their card, wallet preferences or support. Business owners should contact support to close a business account and coordinate outstanding rewards and records. A request starts a review; it does not instantly remove data or settle reward obligations. See our privacy notice for details about access, retention and records that may remain.
